Refund policy

 

Delivery, Exchange, and Return Policy :

1.Delivery

• Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 days from the date of order confirmation.
• Opening or inspecting the order in front of the delivery agent is not allowed.
• In case of any issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order only.
• If the customer refuses to receive the order, shipping fees will be charged to the customer.

2.Exchange

• Exchange is accepted only in the following cases:
• Breakage or leakage of the perfume bottle.
• The spray does not work.
• The product must be in its original, unused condition.

3.Returns

• Returns are not accepted in case the customer does not like the fragrance.
• In case of an exceptional approved return, the refund will be processed (shipping fees are non-refundable) within 7–14 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.
